Three different series, the power is getting bigger and bigger. The Portable series is suitable for personal daily use, and is light in weight, easy to carry and move. The table stand series is suitable for individual and can stand on a table or be mobile. The moving pro series is suitable for commercial scenarios, mostly used in beauty salons. The light is heavy and difficult to move without purchasing a mobile stand.

The reason you only can see half of the LEDs illuminated is because the near infrared LEDs are outside of the visible spectrum of light for the human eye. So, you won't really be able to see the NIR lights when they're turned on. Most of our panels feature red and near infrared LEDs in a 1:1 ratio, meaning half of the LEDs are red and half are near infrared. You will not be able to see the near infrared, but rest assured they are on and working.

Our devices are engineered to have low EMFs. However, anything with electric current running through it is going to generate some electromagnetic field. However with all of our panels, there is no detectable electromagnetic field (above background noise) at 6+ inches from the face of the panel. 

We recommend wearing eye protection . Every devices package we sold include an eye protection goggles.

No, there is no UVA or UVB light (the light that can burn your skin) emitted from our devices. You will NOT get a tan.

For electrical safety reasons, none of the Bontanny devices should be used in a sauna. All Bontanny devices should not operate in or be stored in temperatures that exceed 104°F. This includes Saunas.

The device that's right for you really depends on your budget and how large of an area you're looking to treat at one time. Truth be told, you can treat everything you need to with our smallest panel, the portable series BP300 device. With that being said, if you wanted to be more efficient and treat a larger area of your body in the same amount of time, you may stand to benefit from choosing a larger panels like our table stand BA750 device. Also, if you think that in the future you may want to add multiple panels together to create one larger set up, you may be interested in our moving pro series BR2160 device.

All USA orders ship via UPS Ground from our US warehouse Our fulfillment center fulfills orders Monday - Friday. Shipping time typically 1-5 business days.

All Canada / European orders ship via DHL from our China factory.  Shipments to Canada generally take around 4-7days. European orders can vary but are typically 4-10 days.
